  • 4 cupsFlour
  • 5 tablespoonSugar
  • Butter 4 tablespoon And melt it
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 cupsFresh Milk
  • Lemon zest half teaspoon, baking powder half teaspoon
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix your flour, sugar, salt baking powder egg and lemon zest

  2. 2

    Add in your fresh milk gradually to make a buns batter.

  3. 3

    Finally Add your lemon zest and melted butter, bit the batter for 2-3 minutes, cover it for 5 minutes.

    Fry at low heat till golden brown, like mine 🥰
