①add a little of vinegar and doses of salt into boiled water and boil chrysanthemum for 1〜2minutes and drain water well and loose

②add doses of salt into another boiled water and boil garland chrysanthemum for 1〜2minutes and drain water then cut into 5cm width.

③ chop almond into small dice
- 4
④mix ①,②, 3/4 almond and salt together.
- 5
⑤arrange them on plate and sprinkle 1/4 almond on the top of the dish last ※please add more salt if you like
