Steps

Wash & soak poha for few minutes.

Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When splutter, add chopped potatoes & cook it.

Further add chopped onion & green chillies, Curry leaves and saute it.

Garnish with sev & its ready to eat.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix it. Add soaked poha, salt, sugar, lemon juice and mix everything well.

Cook for few minutes & lastly add coriander leaves.
