Ingredients

3eggs
1tomato, diced
1/2bell pepper, diced
10champignon mushrooms, halved
1 pinchsalt
1 tbspmilk
1/2 tsppaprika flakes (optional)

Steps

Combine all except paprika flakes, and mix.

Pour into a greased heatproof dish. Top with paprika flakes.

Bake for about 30 minutes. My oven is really old so I have no idea what the exact temperature that I used. It should be 170 Celcius degrees, give and take.
