  1. 500 gmsArabi boiled
  2. 2 tspCurd
  3. As Per TasteSalt,red chilli powder,Coriander powder
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  6. 1 tspOil
  7. 1 tspCumin seeds or ajwain

    First, boil all arbis in the cooker. when it's boiled, shells remove from it. Then cut into pieces.

    Take a pan, add oil to make tadka. When tadka is ready add all cut arbi vegetables in it.

    Add all masalas and 2 cups of water.mix it well. Add curd in it.boil for 10 minutes. Sabji is ready to serve. Garnish it with Coriander.
