Monsoon (Besan Pakore)

Firstly, sieve the gram flour. Take a bowl add gram flour, salt and all ingredients, mix it well and add some water.

Mix it well. Peel the potatoes. Cut into thin slices and add into water. Add 2 tbsp hot oil into batter and mix well.

Add water in batches and prepare lump free batter. Take a kadhai add oil. Let it heat. Dip potato slice into batter and add into hot oil. With the help of a spoon splash oil on pakora and fry. Flip and fry on both sides until golden crisp.

Pakora is ready now. Take it out in a plate. Crispy pakoda is ready to eat.

Serve it hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup and enjoy.......😋😋
