I love this chicken Alfredo recipe for dinner when we’re craving a bowl of creamy, delicious pasta. The pan-fried chicken is juicy and perfect with homemade alfredo sauce and fettuccine.
Fettuccine all'Alfredo was created in 1914 by Alfredo Di Lelio, who had four years earlier opened a restaurant in Rome, Italy, under his first name on the Via Della Scrofa.

4balls of fettuccine pasta
Homemade Pasta
2 tbspbutter
2 cupsmilk
1 tspmixed herbs
1 tspcrushed red chilies
1chicken stock cube
1/2 cupcheddar cheese
1 cupthick cream
1 tspgarlic crushed
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
1 tbspoil
Salt to taste
chicken:
1boneless chicken fillet
1 tbspyogurt
1 tbspoil
1/2 tbspsoya sauce
1/2 tspginger garlic paste
1/4 tspcrushed red chilies
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste

Boil the fettuccine in salty boiling water. drain it.

Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients and leave it for 45 minutes. Heat a grill pan and add marinated chicken and fry until finely cooked.

Heat pan and melt butter then add chopped garlic and fry. Then add cream and stir for 2 minutes. Now add milk and all the spiced and mix it well.

Add pasta and mix.

Dish with the chicken cut into strips.

In 1950 Alfredo reopened Il Vero Alfredo (Alfredo di Roma) in Rome, which is now managed by me with the “gold cutlery” donated in 1927 by American actors M. Pickford and D. Fairbanks. Other restaurants "Alfredo" in Rome are out of my brand. The brand "Il Vero Alfredo - Alfredo di Roma" is present in Mexico with 2 restaurants (Mexico City and Cozumel) on the basis of franchising relationships with the Group Hotel Presidente Intercontinental Mexico.Ines Di Lelio
