Combine flour, sugar, salt, butter, yeast and water. Mix and knead it make a dough. Then cover and set aside for an hour.

After an hour divide into small circle then flatten into a round shape using a rolling pin. Then fry in a low flame.

In a pan with oil sautee shallots until fragrant then add in tuna. Sautee a while then trfnsfer in a plate to cool down.

Slice avocado, tomato, carrot into strips.

Then lay tortilla or shawarma wrapper then lay flat the lettuce and the other ings top with mayonaise then serve
