First wash moong dal for 3-4 times and sock it for 4-5 hrs. Then drain the water.

Grind it with ginger and water to a smooth better as like dosa better. Add salt, turmeric and hing mix well and beat it in one direction for 10 mins so it becomes lite.

Now take all the chopped and shredded vegetable. In plate to start making moonglet.

In a deep nonstick pan add butter. In a bowl ine part of moonglet better, add baking soda, mix well immediately pour it in nonstick. Make thick layer. Spread chopped vegs and shredded beetroot, sprinkle some chaat masala. Cover it and cook.

After 3-4 min turn it and cook it. Again turn it make cut on it, add butter. Like wise cook it both side till golden and crispy. Moonglet is ready. Garnish it with shredded carrots and chopped coriander. Serve hot.
