Ingredients

  1. 1 cupUrad dal
  2. 1 cuppoha
  3. 1/2grated carrot
  4. 1/2 cupgrated cabbage
  5. 1/2 cupcapsicums small pieces
  6. 2 tablespooncoriander leave
  7. 3 teaspoonchilli ginger paste
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. as per necessaryOil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the Urad dal and poha together till 2 hour. Than drain it and grind till smooth batter. Pour out the the batter in big bowl. Than add the all ingredients and mix well.

    Heat the nonstick appe pan on medium flame. Slightly grease the moulds. Pour the batter in each mould and cover it. After 2 minute flip the appe and cook another side.

    Cook till both sides are brown color. Than remove the appe on kitchen paper.

    A crunchy,delicious Urad Dal Appe is ready for serve. Serve with coconut chutney and tomato chutney.
