Sauce:flour, oyster sauce, sugar, water, spring onion

Peel melon then slice and arrange in plate.

Place beancurd in the middle.

Steam for 10-15 mins. Then set aside.

Heat pan then simmer the sauce. Then pour the sauce over the steam melon.
