This is an authentic Karnataka dosa that tastes really amazing. This dosa is made with idli rice and fresh coconut. It is a very soft dosa. The coconut flavour makes it more delicious. It goes with any chutney, sambar or vegetable stew. Neer means water. Here in this dosa batter we added more water to make it slurry consistency.
