Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Sift the flour. Separate the egg whites and yolks.

Mix the egg yolks with sugar A until combined. Add the vegetable oil, milk, and cake flour, and mix well. Beat the egg whites with sugar B until stiff peaks form.

Fold 1/3 of the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Then gently fold this mixture back into the remaining egg whites using a cutting and folding motion.

Transfer the batter to a piping bag. Pipe circles about 2.5–2.75 inches (6–7 cm) in diameter onto a baking sheet, leaving space between each. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 25–30 minutes. Let cool after baking.

Spread a layer of mayonnaise on one cake slice. Place another cake slice on top. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the entire surface of the cake.

Place the cake in a deep dish filled with pork floss. Gently press so the surface is coated with pork floss. Done!
