Vegetable and Tuna Sandwich
🥖🍅🥚🥬🐟If you ask me what my favorite sandwich is, I'd say 'pringá', but with this heat, who wants to make a stew? So I went with this one, which is much better for this time of year and very similar to the 'campero malagueño'. I'm sharing it as part of the Cookpad Bingo.

Boil the egg. While it's cooking, prepare the mayonnaise. You can use store-bought, but homemade tastes much better. I had some ready from this morning for my favorite sauce recipe.

Wash the lettuce and dry it with paper towels. Do the same with the tomato, then slice it.

Toast the bread, spread it with mayonnaise, and assemble the sandwich. With all the fillings, it ended up being dinner for two tonight, even though it was just one loaf.
