  • 15-20black pepper whole
  • 1 tspginger powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 2 tbspfennel powder
  • 2cinnamon sticks
  • 4black cardamom
  • 4-6green cardamom
  • 3star anise
  • 2 tbspzeera powder
  • 2Bay leaves
  • 1 tbspGaram masala powder

    Take a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
