Pour a cup of palm oil into your pot, let it bleach.

Add your pepper, crayfish and onions.

Add in your grated okra mix it.

Let it fry for a minute.

Add in your stock water and mix.

Let it boil for two minutes, add in your dry and smoked fish and your liver mix

Add your sliced ugu leaves and mix. Allow to boil for a minute.

Add in your seasons and let it boil for a small time.

Then remove from fire. You can serve with whatever swallow of your choice
