In a wok add a chicken breast, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper and add 1.5 cups water, bring it to boil, and simmer for 15 mins. The chicken will be softened, drain and set aside, shred with help of two knives, set aside.

Add mayonnaise to the shredded chicken, mustard sauce, salt, pepper, and grated carrots and mix well.

Take bread slices and smear butter on one slice well, add the chicken mix on it evenly, cover with another slice, cut diagonally, and set aside.

Plate and have your kid enjoy the lunch.
