In a pan heat oil and then add mustard seed

After that add finely chopped onion and potatoes and matar

In bowl of pooha...Take out from water. let the water absorb

Then add in pooha turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, sugar lemon

Then add in pan the poha

Mix it well until they mixed well

Then add coriander leaves and decorate serve with namkeen bhujia
