Cooking Instructions

First off all ingredients keep aside.wash poha and drain the water.heat a Kadhai add oil,when it’s hot add mustard seeds and cumin seeds when it crackles add chopped onions and soute it.

Add peanuts and peas and stir it add turmeric powder,salt,and sugar and mix it well.then add poha and combine all ingredients.and cover it for 30 second.

Ready your kanda poha to eat garnish with coriander,desiccated coconut and pomegranate and serve it hot.
