In a pan heat oil. saute ginger, green chili and onions. When raw smell of onions goes add tomatoes. After while add water and cook tomatoes properly. Switch off the flame and cool down mixture. Grind it to a fine paste.

In the same pan heat oil and butter. Add cumin and hing when it cracks add green chilli and garlic saute it well. Now add gram flour saule it well.

Add crushed gravy to it, cook well. Now add sugar and salt mix it cover and cook till oil separates. Add paneer and boil peas, mix well. Cook for 5 mins. Add chopped coriander. Seve hot. Enjoy.
