First, heat 1 tbsp Olive oil. Saute onions on till translucent and remove on a plate. Then heat 1 tsp oil again and saute all the vegetables one by one till a little soft. Remove on a plate.

Sprinkle salt, people and pizza seasonings on the vegetables. Arrange the pizza bases on a counter.

Then spread the pizza sauce evenly. Then arrange the vegetables on top. Sprinkle cheese generously.

Top with olives, pizza seasonings, and Chilli flakes if liked, and grill on tawa with a cover on top, on medium heat till cheese melts.

Alternatively, Preheat OTG on 200 °c on grill mode. Place the loaded pizza and grill for 10 minutes or till the cheese melts.

Remove from oven or skillet. Cut in slices, pack in a lunchbox with butter paper on top to avoid the toppings getting stuck to the lunchbox cover.

Keep the tomato sauce pouch and fruits together in the lunchbox for a healthy tiffin.
