Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 500 gramschicken
  • 3onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • As Per Tastesalt
  • 1 tbspcashew nut paste
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 cupcleaned and chopped fenugreek/methi leaves
  • 1 tbspchopped mint leaves

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add onions&tomatoes to a blender, blend it to a smooth paste& keep aside, heat up ghee in a deep saucepan add chicken, fry for a few minutes add tomato and onion paste, saute for 3-4 minutes, further add ginger garlic paste and saute few more minutes

  2. 2

    Now add in all the spice powders, add chopped methi, mint leaves, cashew nut paste & salt combine everything well. cover the lid, cook on low flame, until chicken is cooked.. serve hot with paratha/rice.
