Ingredients

2/3 servings
  • 3 sprigscoriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 3green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/2onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cuproasted peanuts
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 cupspori / puffed rice
  • 2 tablespoonsev or bhujia
  • 1/2lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add in all the chopped veggies. Add in the roasted peanuts and salt. Mix well to combine.

    Add in the puffed rice. Mix well.

    Add in a little sev or bhujiya.

    Squeeze half a lemon and mix well to combine.

    Serve immediately.
