🌻HOW TO MAKE THANDAI MASALA
🌻Roast The Ingredients:
Place a nonstick pan on medium heat. Add almonds, cashews, pistachios dry roast for a few minutes then take them out in a bowl and keep aside. - 2
Then in a same pan add peppercorns, melon seeds, green cardamom powder, dry rose petals and saffron. Roast the ingredients for just a few minutes turn the heat off take them all roast ingredients in a bowl keep aside and cooldown completely.

🌻 Grind The Ingredients:
All cool nuts add to a grinder. Grind well until all the ingredients turn into a fine powder.(do not grind them to long time otherwise all nuts turned into a paste).

🌻SERVING:
Add 4-6 glass of milk in blender add 4-6 Tbsp of nuts masala powder add sugar according to your taste ice, few drops of rose water blend for couple of minutes or till all ingredients blend well. (in this step you can keep this drink in fridge)

Pour milk into a serving glasses then add some ice cubes add few drops of rose water mix well then garnish with some rose petals,silvered almonds and served chilled or you can keep in 3-4 hours in fridge.

✅Tips:
You can add nutmeg or cinnamon powder for added taste.
