  • 6 cupsflour
  • 2 cupscorn flour
  • 2 cupsicing sugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspflavor
  • 500 gbutter

    Cream butter and sugar

    Add eggs one at a time, add flavor and mix

    Then gradually add flour and corn flour while mixing but do not over mix.

    Cover with air tight and put in the freezer for an hour or more.

  5. 5

    Mould and make shape, line in a tray with baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
