Cooking Instructions

Fried tofu till golden brown. Take out and set aside

Stir fry shitake mushroom. Add 1/2 tsp sugar Stir fry evenly. Then 3 tbsp water of soak shitake mushroom. Stir fry until moisture is dry. Take out and set aside

Fry garlic till aroma comes out. Add shimeji and king oyster mushroom. Stir fry until mushrooms start to soften

Add carrot and shitake mushroom. Stir fry until the favours are mixed

Add 200ml chicken broth. Add tofu.

Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar, white part of green onion, 1/2 tbsp dark soya sauce, add green pepper. Stir fry evenly

Put starch water to thicken sauce. Mix well

Add half 1/2 tbsp sesame oil (optional). Cover for 1 min

Add green onion. Ready to serve
