Steps

Wash karaunda Mirchi first and then cut the karaunda in between and Mirchi in a round shape.

Take a pan and heat oil then add fennel seed, asafoetida, and jeera first. Then add karaunda, Mirchi, and all spices, and cover it for five minutes to get it to cook.

Then open and saute it for 2 minutes. Ready to Serve.
