Make the oolong tea

Add the zest into the tea and the filter it out after 3-4 minutes

Keep tiny bits of tea for aesthetic purposes if you’re making a cocktail

Pour the sugar in and make sure it’s all well combined and isn’t crystalised

Add the lactic acid
- 6
Use your syrup for everything and anything, the world is your oyster
