Add olive oil and ghee into a pan

Add onions wait until they darken a bit then put garlic in (wait a tiny bit)

Add tomato paste and observe how it turns from burgundy color into a more orange color, while pouring in a tiny bit of beef stock or veggie stock

Take an espresso mug and pour some water in to mix with a teaspoon of cornstarch, put to the side

Add beef and ale in

Add Worcestershire sauce and carrots, stir well

Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 40 minutes

We take a cheese grater and grate the frozen butter into the flour

Mix SUPER well

The add instant yeast, sugar and salt

Add cold milk and make sure the dough is still soft

Also when baking the crust pour in dry beans onto the bottom of the pie pan so it wouldn’t rise

Bake it and then pour in the meat mixture in closing it with a cap made out of dough and secure it well on the sides

Poke a few holes with a fork and brush it with egg wash add sesame seeds

Bake for 15 min on 180 degrees or until it looks good
