to taste red chilli powder
2capsicums chopped
2tomatoes chopped
to taste salt
2 tbspoil
1/4 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tspgaram masala
1/4 tspturmeric powder

Heat the oil and and cumin seeds.

Add tomato and saute it.Add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix well.

Add potato, capsicum and cook it.now it is ready to serve
