4Bread slices
1 small Onion
1medium Tomato
3 tbspMilk
As Per TasteSalt

Assemble ingredients

Cut bread slices from the inside to maintain a square shape.

In a mixing bowl, Crack eggs, add milk + salt + pepper powder and whisk well for 2-3 minutes. The mixture will turn fluffy. Now add veggies and give a nice mix.

In a low heated pan, add butter and place the edge bread slice.
Now pour 4-5 tbsp of egg mixture in the middle of the slice and spread evenly all around. Place cheese or sprinkle grated cheese on the surface.

Now seal it with the cutout bread slice by pressing gently and cook/toast for 3-4 minutes under low flame.

By now egg mixture is firm, flip the other side and cook/toast for 2 minutes. Repeat the same process with the rest of the slices.

Now toast is ready.

Serve with tomato ketchup and pair with tea / coffee.
