Palak Methi Dal
Very simple and yummy dal.
Steps
- 1
Mix both dals wash and soak for 15 mins. Pressure cook with turmeric powder and oil.

Heat oil adds mustard, jeera, green chilli paste,hing, and curry leaves add methi, and spinach leaves, and saute for a while add turmeric powder.

Now add cooked dal and mix it well add salt and cook for a few minutes add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- 4
Serve with rice/roti.
