Aloo Tikki Chaat

Firstly, peel the potatoes. Then grate the potatoes. Add cornflour and salt. Mix everything well and make a dough. Tikki dough is ready now. Grease hand with ghee and take a small portion of the mixture and roll into a round ball. Then flatten it and give it the shape of Tikki. Keep aside.

Heat a tawa add ghee and shallow fry the Tikki on medium flame. Flip it and fry the tikki on another side until golden brown from both sides. Now Tikki is ready. Turn off the flame. Take it out on a plate.

For serving, take a plate and add 2 tikkies. Add some boiled chickpea, spicy green chutney, and sweet tamarind chutney. Sprinkle some radish, cumin powder, black salt, red chili powder, and chat masala on top. Now Tikki is ready to eat. Serve hot and enjoy😋😋
