Take a big bowl add semolina and curd and salt on it.mix it and cover the mixture and leave it for 30 mins.

Cut all the vegetables and take a boiler add cut vegetables and arhar dal and boiled it.

Take a kadhai add some oil and the oil is heated add cumin seeds, red chili, mustard seeds,cut tomato, onion, and green chili fry it then, add boil vegetables and arhar dal.add sambhar masala and mix it.

Cover the lid and cook it for 5 min.after,5 min, open the lid and your samabhar is ready.

Take a steamer and add water and take a stand and keep it in water.

Take semolina mixture and add eno and mix it.
Take a idli stand and grease it with oil add idli mixture. - 7
Cook it for 10 mins in medium flame.
Take out from the idli stand and your idli is also ready.
