Ingredients

  1. 4 cupall-purpose flour
  2. as requiredSalt to taste
  3. 2 spoonajwain
  4. 2 tbsp oil/ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take the flour add salt, Ajwain and oil /ghee and bind semi soft dough
    Rest the dough for 15-20 minutes....

    Next knead the dough and make small balls anf roll them in small thick round puris, prick the fork over them.

  3. 3

    Now take a pan add oil and dip fry them till they are golden colour and crisp..
    Fry them at medium flame only so that they will be soft and crisp.
