Take the flour add salt, Ajwain and oil /ghee and bind semi soft dough
Rest the dough for 15-20 minutes.... - 2
Next knead the dough and make small balls anf roll them in small thick round puris, prick the fork over them.

Now take a pan add oil and dip fry them till they are golden colour and crisp..
Fry them at medium flame only so that they will be soft and crisp. - 4
