Wash chillies and cut in two pieces and keep them aside

Now take a bowl and put gram flour in it. Now add Asofoetida and few amount of water in it and whisk it properly. Make thick batter of it

Now add red chilli powder, salt and fennel seed. Mix tem well

Take a wok, add oil and heat it properly, now put the flame on medium mode.

Add green chillies in the batter and roll them properly and deep fry it on medium flame till it become golden.

Serve it with sauce and ginger chutney.
