Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 cupcorn flour
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • I tsp salt
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • Food color red or orange
  • 1 tspred Chilli powder
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • You can use turmeric instead of food coloring it's healthy
  • Oil for frying
  • Cauliflower florets medium size
  • 2big onion diced
  • Capsicum optional
  • 5 clovesgarlic minced
  • Ginger 1 inch minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Green onion to garnish
  • 1 tspvinegar or lemon juice

Steps

    Take a bowl and mix corn and all purpose flour with pinch salt,black pepper,turmeric,red Chilli powder,garam masala and chaat masala

    Now let mix whole mixture by adding water gradually make a thick mixture and add cauliflower florets.let it rest for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Make oil hot and start frying marinated cauliflower at low flame so it can cooked from inside too

    Now take a pan and make little bit oil hot and add onion and capsicum and pinch of all spices with ketchup and soy sauce and vinegar

    Let it cook 5minutes and add fried cauliflower just mix well and garnish with green onion.enjoy delicious street food. It's so simple but it looks tricky
