A bowl of freshness during monsoon evening which is loaded with veggies and just basic seasoning.

A yummy and quick fix soupy noodles is a pure bliss during monsoon.
A bowl of freshness during monsoon evening which is loaded with veggies and just basic seasoning.
Steps

Chop all vegetables

Assemble all ingredients, boil noodles then run under cold water, drain excess water and then coat with slight oil and keep aside.

In pan / wok, add butter + oil, add garlic + ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes till it turn golden brown and turns aromatic. Add onion + green chilli and sauté for 1 minute.

Now add chopped veggies except tomato, cabbage and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Now add tomato + cabbage + turmeric and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add 4 cups warm water + salt + pepper powder, mix well and give 4-5 times boil.
Add magical Maggi Masala - 7
Mix corn flour in 4 tbsp water, Add corn flour slurry and stir well, cook for 2-3 minutes

Add boiled noodles and give a nice boil. Check the consistency, if required then add little more water and green chilli / pepper powder can be added for extra spicy. Add chopped Coriander leaves also.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes, add tomato ketchup and stir well, now soupy noodles is ready to serve. Discard green chilli.

Transfer to serving bowls and serve hot hot.
