Ingredients

  • 2Santol
  • For Soaking:
  • 1.5 mlwater
  • 3 tbsps salt
  • 1 lime
  • Scented Syrup:
  • 1 & 1/2 cup sugar
  • 800 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2-3 pandan leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Peeled santols soaked in brine for 6 hours or overnight.

  2. 2

    Boil the water with pandan leaf. Add salt and sugar. When the sugar dissolved add Santol, boiled for 10 minutes. Allow them to cool down completely. Ready to serve with crushed ice. Enjoy ‼️
