Boil water.Add salt ghee and rice flour.Mix it well.Turn off flame.Cover it and leave it for 10Min.

Meanwhile soak red chilli powder in a bowl and add red colour 2-3tbsp.water.
Mix coriander mint salt chaat masala green food colour green chilli garlic gi ngerand water 1/4cup..Churn in a mixie jar and make a liquidy chutney. - 3
Now take a mixture of rice flour on a chopping board.Apply Oil on a palm and knead like a dough.
When rice flour mixture is warm. - 4
Make a long roll and cut evenly. And roll on a palm to make ball.
Like this way prepare all balls. - 5
Grease oil on a plate. And steam in a steamer for 10min. Take out and allow it to cool.Devide in a 3 Parts.

Now heat 1tbsp.Oil Add asofoetida curry leaves red chilli powder mixture.cook it.Mix some idli goli stir it. Sprinkle chaat masala.
Saffron idli goli is ready. - 7
For white idli Goli:-Heat oil add curry leaves asofoetida and add few idli goli for white part.Sprinkle Chaat masala.Saute and take out in a plate.

For green idli goli.Heat oil.and add curry leaves saute. Add mint coriander chutney saute and add rest of idli goli. Stir well.Sprinkle chaat masala. Turn off flame.Green idli goli is ready.

Arrange All 3 idli goli in a serving plate. Sprinkle chaat masala And serve hot. Tasty healthy Tri colour Idli Goli is ready to serve.
