Sift besan, add turmeric

Take 1 Katori water and mix salt, sugar, hing, tatri in it

Put this water in besan and beat for 10 mins

Add eno and mix

Put this batter in a steamer and steam for 25 mins or cooked

When cool cut into pieces

Pour the tadka water on top of it and garnish with coriander leaves
