Ingredients

10+25 mins
8-10 pieces
  • 1 Cupbesan
  • 1/6 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 spoonsalt
  • 1 spoonsugar
  • pinchhing
  • 1/4 spoontatri
  • 1/2 sacheteno
  • For tadka
  • 1 spoonoil
  • 1/2 spoonmustard seeds
  • Few curry patta
  • As Requiredcoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift besan, add turmeric

  2. 2

    Take 1 Katori water and mix salt, sugar, hing, tatri in it

  3. 3

    Put this water in besan and beat for 10 mins

  4. 4

    Add eno and mix

  5. 5

    Put this batter in a steamer and steam for 25 mins or cooked

  6. 6

    When cool cut into pieces

  7. 7

    Pour the tadka water on top of it and garnish with coriander leaves

  8. 8

    Enjoy having a nice day👍
