Delicious , popular nutritious moong dal chilla are flavoured with fenugreek leaves ( methi bhaji( and spices.
Steps

Wash and soak yellow moong dal for 1/2 hour. Discard soaked water. Grind it with fenugreek leaves, onion, green chillies ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt in mixer to slight coarse chilla batter.(If needed add little water). Transfer it in bowl.

Heat dosa griddle. Pour a laddleful of prepared chilla batter in center,spread in circular motion toward edge of griddle. Sprinkle ghee. Cook on medium flame till the lower side turn crispy golden.

Flip and cook another lower side turn crispy golden. Similarly prepare all chillas.

Serve Relish Delicious Nutritious Hot Moong dal-Fenugreek Leaves Chilla with tomato ketchup.
