Slice onions and tomatoes in quarters and add garlic cloves and Serrano peppers all on a pan in the oven at 425 for 20-30 minutes until you see charing.

Then once the vegetables are done put them in a blender and grind them up as if you were making salsa. Then put in a pan to finish the sauce on medium heat for 30 minutes.

Serve with two corn tortillas with refried beans, chorizo (optional) eggs your style and top with sauce and cojita cheese and avocado.
