Appi Payas is traditional sweet dish from Karnataka prepared during festivals and celebrations.
Steps

In a bowl add maida,spoon oil and knead not too soft dough cover keep for 15min.

Roll small purees, and prick with fork, and deep fry to crisp.

Make pieces of puree after cooling them,boil milk to 15min. Add kharik powder, cardmum powder,kesar strands and keep it till further use.

Head ghee in tadka pan fry dry fruits to golden then add to milk. Now add puree pieces to milk and cook for one boil and off the flame appi Payas is ready.

Serve in bowls and enjoy with your friends and family.
