Bhindi Fry

To prepare crispy bhindi fry.. wash and pat dry lady fingers. Discard ends. Chopped length wise in four pieces.(If there are thick seeds discard them).

In mixing plate add besan, rice flour, turmeric powder, red kashmiri chilli powder, salt, roasted peanuts coarse powder, aamchur powder, and white sesame seeds. Mix well. Sprinkle on chopped lady fingers/ bhindi. Mix well,so all lady fingers are evenly coated.

Heat oil for frying. Deep fry prepared besan+bhindi pieces in small batches in hot oil on medium high flame till crispy golden.

Serve Relish Delicious Hot Bhindi Fry as side dish.
