Khow suey
It's a Burmese dish with richness of coconut milk

In a mixer grind onion,ginger,garlic,lemon zest and red chillies to smooth paste.

In a pot pour oil and add the grinded paste to it.once it's sauted add the coconut milk and bring to boil.add the veggies and cook.add some water if required.once veggies are boiled add the cornflour (mix with water and add).add few parsley leaves and pinch of turmeric powder for colour and flavour.

In a serving plate add the boiled noodle and pour the soup we have prepared above the noodles.

Garnish with fried onions,fried garlic, crushed peanuts,red chilli flakes and coriander leaves. squeeze a lemon wedge above the soup and enjoy.
