Steps

First wash and separates leaves from stems.

In pot add oil then add slice onion, red button chillies, cumin seeds and slice tomato saute in for 2 min then add red chillies and turmeric powder.

Add Cholai leaves and cook on high flame for 2 min.

No need to add water then slow the flame and cover it cook for 10 minute.
Then cook again on high flame till oil separates. - 5
Enjoy with hot chapati.
