Low oil samosas – air fryer cooking

In a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients of the dough and knead to a stiff dough. Keep aside.

In another bowl, mix together all ingredients of the filling.

Divide the dough in small portions and roll in 5-6 inch circles, cut the circles in half.

Take one of the semi circle, fold into a cone, stuff with the prepared filling, seal the edges using little water. Repeat for all semi circles.

Pre heat air fryer to 200F.

Place the prepared samosas and allow to cook for 15 to 20 minutes, brush with oil after every 5 minutes during the process of cooking.

Serve with your favorite chutney.
