Roast wheat flour on low heat for 10-12 mins

Add ghee and mix well.

When ghee begins to float on flour, turn off the gas.

Add cardamom powder,sliced dry fruits, pinch of salt, powdered sugar and mix everything well together.

Take 3 different bowls.Transfer the burfi mixture into it.

White colour mixture is already done.keep it a side.

Add green colour in another bowl & mix well until the mixture is completely green.

Add orange colour in remaining bowl and mix well until the mixture is completely orange.

Grease a pot/plate well with ghee.

Transfer the orange colour mixture into the plate and spread it.Then,Make a layer of white colour mixture.& Lastly,Spread the green colour mixture and press it nicely.

Let the mixture set for about 7-8 hours.

Loosen the edges with the help of knife and flip it over into dish & cut it into pieces.

Wheat flour burfi is all ready.
