A classic flavor that's always a hit and a danger because I always want more. The ice cream maker is the trendy toy at home, and it was inevitable to make this.

In a small pot, heat the milk over low heat, add the mint and half of the sweetened condensed milk, and stir constantly.

Once it boils and the mint has infused the liquid, let it cool slightly so you can blend it with the remaining sweetened condensed milk and the spearmint. Then strain it to remove and discard the leaves.

Since the color is pale, add some food coloring to make it more vibrant. I only added one drop. While the mixture is still warm, refrigerate it as soon as possible for at least 2 hours, preferably 24.

Once cooled, mix it with the heavy cream and pour it into the ice cream maker. After 15 minutes, add the chocolate chips.

Let it churn for 5 more minutes, and it's ready. At the end, I added more chocolate chips to make them visible on the surface.
